One of the famous shows on television recently is "Wife Swap" a series presented by ABC primetime. In the last week's episode there was Long family featured from Missouri and the Stephens-Fowler family from California.
Long family consisted of husband Alan, wife Gayla and their four sons Cody, Coltan, Clayton, Cameron of fifteen, ten, eight and four years old respectively. The whole family loves paintball. The Stephens-Fowler family had husband Stephen, wife Rene, two children eleven year old Juliette and eight year old James.
The first week Gayla fouond out that Stephen had time to pick up children from school and also Rene's timing on the tread mill. And Rene Stephen-Fowler felt that Long family didn’t have time for exercise and shows her concerns about their diet.
In the next week Gayla introduces Stephens-Fowler family to paintball and go-karts and Rene takes Long family to Hiking and attempts to show the Long family some healthier food options. Now don’t miss the next episode…
