According to Variety, Universal and Howard's company, Imagine Entertainment have bought the rights to the novel, and are planning it as a director’s vehicle for Howard.
The graphic novel is described to be a classic Universal horror movie similar to the Dracula and Frankenstein. The story is a little Roman a clef of Lovecraft; whose terrifying dreams comes to life, and the evils in his thoughts are set loose upon the world. The premise borrows elements of his real life, such as family mental illness and his writer’s block.

His adoptive parents mused that he showed a freethinking, inventive streak from a young age.

Devyn Simone “Generation Rap”
Devyn Simone from the Kansas City has graduated from Notre Dame de Sion High School. Simone was the host of KPRS 103.3’s “Generation Rap” one of the popular mornings shows and Simone showed she could wheel the craft.
Devyn Simone will be doing a project of “The Real World: Brooklyn” for 2009. This reality show will be premiered on Jan 7. She also alleged that she has relocated to NY. Simone’s regular job is at Jovani, a fashion brand. Simone is the PR director for Jovani. Simone promotes Jovani’s fashion pieces and manages their PR department.
