Adam Lambert ‘Mad World’

Adam Lambert performed ‘Mad World’ in the American Idol Season 8. It was ‘American Idol’ Year They Were Born Wish List night on American Idol Top 8 night on April 7, 2009.

Adam Lambert was born in 1982 and is 27-year-old from Hollywood, and that was the year when California picked a hit single, the Tears for Fears Mad World and Adam Lambert made it sound his own on April 7th 2009.

The British rock band saw the Tears for Fears Mad World reach No. 3 on the UK singles chart and reach the Top 40 in several countries bringing the band international acknowledgment and fame. It appeared on the band’s debut album in 1983, The Hurting.

Tears for Fears Mad World lyrics and song was written by Roland Orzabal and sung by bassist Curt Smith. The song topped the charts in the UK when was covered in 2003 by Michael Andrews and Gary Jules for the soundtrack to the movie Donnie Darko.
